Pressure IH rice cooker does not only cook in high temperatures, but also stores gelatinized rice steam within the pot.
The rice cooked this way does not only keep it's sweetness, but also becomes softer and stickier.
Since the pressure is applied while cooking, the whole process takes significantly less time.
